From ancient times to modern life, people have had a primordial draw to water as a healing and therapeutic property. Water is part of our history. It lives in myth and in our stories. Water is essential for our health and wellbeing. In this session, Paul John Boulifard will enlighten you with some theories as to why humans are hard-wired to find peace and serenity around water, and how to embrace the connection we have with nature.
