All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to email@example.com. An administrative fee of $65 will be assessed for any cancellation. No refunds will be granted if the request is received after October 1. Any cancellation request received after October 1 due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by PHTA. If the event is cancelled by PHTA, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%).
Participant conduct. We have pride in the outstanding work of our staff and volunteers, all of whom contribute to the industry’s commitment to promote safe and healthy pool and hot tub environments. As such, we expect our staff, speakers, volunteers, and participants to behave appropriately and to refrain from any action or language that is discriminatory or harassing.
Photography, Video and Testimonials. By taking part in this event you grant PHTA full rights to use any captured images or quotes and any reproductions or adaptations thereof for publicity or other purposes to help achieve PHTA’s mission, to include printed and online publicity, social media, and press releases. If you do not wish to have your image or quote captured please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
